ABOUT THE BOOK
Competitive Business, Caring Business offers stunning
insights for business and industry by demonstrating in clear,
simple, practical terms the true meaning of "integral business."
Paulson, the CEO of BioScience Laboratories, Inc., has
successfully combined science and business in his personal and
professional life. In Competitive Business, Caring Business
he applies the work of Ken Wilber, the world's foremost human
science theorist, to the business domain. Paulson shows how the
process of "doing business" must be considered in a holistic and
integral manner if it is to meet the needs of the 21st century.
Readers will learn how a win-win strategy can be developed which
satisfies individual employees, work teams, senior management,
and shareholders, as well as society and larger global concerns.
Unlike other current approaches, Paulsons integrative process
of doing business is at once profitable, personally satisfying,
and beneficial to the world.
"Competitive Business, Caring Business is a unique attempt to look at the
challenges in business in a more comprehensive way, integrating a broad
range of management models and theories into a bigger picture of the
possible. This book couldn't be more timely. Paulson points the way to a
vision of corporate conduct that is at once practical and humane, grounded
and visionary-- Tony Schwartz, author Trump: The Art of the Deal (co-authored with Donald Trump), and of
